JOB TITLE: SALES RETAINER OFFICERS
REPORTING TO: MANAGER/ MAILS SALES
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting M-POST product
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Should be a minimum holder of ‘O ‘ level certificate
- Experience in sales on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Confidence, motivation and determination
- Ability to work well on their own and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the product and markets
