How to repay Helb using M-pesa
Make repayments by transferring money through Safaricom Mobile.
Choose the M-pesa menu
Then Select pay bill option
Enter HELB business number as 200800
Enter your National ID number as your account number
Enter amount you want to pay
Enter your secret PIN number
Confirm transaction and send and wait for SMS confirmation.
On average allow up to three days for the system to update your loan account. Loan statements can be accessed from www.helb.co.ke or send an e-mail request quoting your national ID number to: recovery_enquiry@helb.co.ke
