To be eligible for the Kenya Airways Internship Program, you must be: A citizen of kenya or one of the Kenya Airways Office Locations you want to join the internship program. A student pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate level degree (Bachelor’s, Master's, Doctorate, or an equivalent level degree); in an accredited university, who will continue his/her graduate studies or graduate right after the period of the internship. Candidates hired in the past by Kenya Airways Internship Program do not qualify. | ||

Conditions of Internship. Each year Kenya Airways determines the allowance to be paid to the participants according to the regulations and criteria of its internal salary administration. Interns are also entitled to sick leave and occupational insurance for work-related accidents or illnesses. Kenya Airways does not provide medical insurance coverage for Interns. Those selected for employment will be required to submit proof of medical insurance while working at Kenya Airways. Since the hiring for the Internship Program is done locally, Kenya Airways does not pay transportation costs whatsoever. Because Internship Program is addressed to students who are pursuing their degree programs, participation in the program will not extend beyond three (3) months. | ||
