PROCUREMENT OFFICER
The position-holder will coordinate and facilitate the acquisition of goods and services, by use of a well defined purchasing policy and strategy, in order to maximize savings and benefits available to the institution.
Key Responsibilities for Procurement Job
Purchasing of goods and Services
Suppliers Selection and management
Contracts Formation and negotiation
Inventory Management
Administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications for Kenyans
Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management or a related area from a Kenya university.
Minimum C+ in KCSE
High level of integrity
Excellent negotiation skills
Good analytical skills
FRONT OFFICE TEAM LEADER
The position-holder will be a member of our five-member sales assistant team at our Reception. He/she will be responsible for ensuring top notch customer service and will act as the team-leader of his/her colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications For Kenyans
A Bachelor degree from Kenya
Minimum C+ in KCSE
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent leadership skills
Proactive and a self starter
Must have a passion for customer service
